We laid out the rubber over the entire roof & rerolled half of it onto a 2" PVC pipe, 10' long. We unrolled 2' sections, removed the bubbles with the 12" squeegee, and applied the glue to the next section. Unrolling the rubber while the glue was still wet allowed more working time. This was a 2-3 person operation. The PVC pipe helped keep bubbles away.
